1. The defendant shall pay 60 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 7, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim has a claim against the Defendant by the Seoul Eastern District Court Decision 2009Kadan61736 Decided the Seoul Eastern District Court. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant again for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above claim.
