If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On October 2, 2015, at around 14:35, the Defendant driven a BM7 car without obtaining a driver's license for a vehicle driving section from the front day of the Masung-gun Masung-si Masungsung-gun to the front day of the Jinsung-si Masung-si Masung-dong, which is located in the same military-stopin village, to the front day of the Jinsung-si Y.
