1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 96,321,41 and KRW 96,320,99 among them. From April 18, 2012 to May 31, 2015.
Reasons

(However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay was reduced on September 25, 2015 by filing an application for change of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
