Defendant B, while working as “G” company, did not report a certain amount of income, received a supply of the cost of living benefits equivalent to KRW 742,460 from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office on January 20, 201, and received a supply of the cost of living benefits equivalent to KRW 742,460 from the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office on January 20, 201, and received a supply of the total amount of KRW 12,837,160 through February 20, 2013 by the aforementioned method from around the above time to February 20, 2013.

On January 20, 2010, Defendant C received a total of KRW 12,690,550 won from the above time to 36 times as indicated in the attached crime sight table (Defendant C), including the provision of livelihood benefits equivalent to KRW 593,960 from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office in his own dwelling located in the Seo-gu Incheon International Apartment 108 Dong 1501, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and supply of total of KRW 12,690,50 for 36 times from the above time.
