On July 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the issuance of a C card under the name of the Defendant’s mother on the Internet homepage at around 14, 2019; and (b) requested the relevant employee to submit his/her identification card; (c) opened his/her mobile phone prior to around 10:00 on July 15, 2019, on the following day, at a text store where the trade name of the D located in Gyeong-gun is unknown; and (d) sent a copy of B’s resident registration certificate which was dried and kept from B and sent it to the relevant employee by facsimile.

Accordingly, the defendant used his resident registration certificate as an official document unlawfully.
