1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 109,735,064, and KRW 6% per annum from September 1, 2015 to October 11, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where the applicable provisions of the Acts apply mutatis mutandis), the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
