"2013 Highest 1980"

1. On September 21, 2013, the Defendants discovered that each of the special larceny crimes committed by the Defendants was parked in the PP car owned by the victim G on the front side of the FJ in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu. The Defendants and the Defendants and the CJ reported the network around the Defendant, and opened a door for the said car without a locking K, and carried 170,000 won in cash owned by the victim and one cell phone exhaustor, one resident registration certificate.

As a result, the Defendants, together with K, I, and J, stolen the victim’s property, and committed attempted crimes from August 26, 2013 to October 9, 2013, such as the contents in the list of crimes in the attached Table, 15 times in the Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, together with the victim’s property at least ten times.

2. Defendant A

A. On October 9, 2013, the Defendant discovered that a NM3 car door owned by the victim M was parked in the Seoyang-gu L Building No. 1008, Youngyang-gu L Building No. 1008, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat; (b) opened a door; (c) opened a cash 30,000 won; (d) opened a national card; (c) one citizen’s card; (d) one corporate bank check card; and (e) stolen one wall containing one corporate bank check.

B. Fraud (1) around 04:10 on September 10, 2013, the Defendant presented the R’s physical fitness card, which was stolen, as in paragraph (5) of the crime log No. 5, to the above convenience store employee as if the Defendant was the genuine holder, and received from the above employee one bottle of drinking water equivalent to KRW 1,400,00 as the victim owned by the said employee.

(2) On October 9, 2013, the Defendant, at the Triju station operated by the victim under his name in Gyeyang-gu S, Gyeyang-gu, Soyang-si around 23:19 on October 9, 2013.

As stated in paragraph (1), the defendant presents the stolen national card to the employee of the above station as if the defendant was the true holder.
