1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 36% per annum from October 24, 2002 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: claim against the plaintiff for the extension of extinctive prescription of claim established by a judgment in the case of contract deposit between the Seoul Central District Court 2007da4857 against the defendant; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
