1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 and its amount are 5% per annum from March 1, 2019 to July 11, 2019.
Reasons
1. The reasons for the indication of the claim are as shown in the Appendix of Claim.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delayed payment exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment.
