On June 24, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) instructed the victim to alcohol in Namdong-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) on the ground that the victim’s age was bad, and (c) flowed and pushed the victim’s bucks with hand and pushed the victim’s buck, thereby cutting over the floor; and (d) walking the victim’s left side buckbucks, the Defendant saw the victim into blood and bucking on the left side of the victim for about 10 days.
