1. Defendant A is a representative director of Company B from September 2008, who has overall control over the overall business management of the said Company. A.

On January 12, 2012, the Defendant registered the E bus purchased by D in the name of the Defendant Company B, which was operated by the Defendant, from that time until July 11, 2012, and received KRW 200,000 from the foregoing D, which was not a transport business operator, as a monthly admission fee, and had him/her use the said bus, thereby allowing him/her to operate passenger transportation services.

B. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) registered the FF purchased by D in the name above B; and (b) received KRW 200,000 from the foregoing D, which was not a transport business entity, as a ground admission fee each month from July 11, 2012, and had it operate passenger transport business by having it use the said passenger vehicle.

C. The Defendant: (a) from July 12, 2012 to September 4, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 monthly admission fees from G for the said FF bus purchased by G from the said D, which is not a transport business entity, and caused the said FF bus to operate passenger transport business by using the said bus.

2. The Defendant B, a representative director of the Defendant, had D and G operate passenger transportation services using a business vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant with respect to the Defendant’s business as above.
