Punishment of the crime
On January 12, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.175% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:38, 2013, and driven B Poter vehicle from a mutually influence parking lot near 276, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to the roads in front of 158-10, Gocheon-gu.
