1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 40% per annum from December 27, 2005 to June 29, 2007.
Reasons
1. On June 26, 2003, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 200,000,000 to the Defendant on December 30, 2006.
The interest on the said money shall be interest-free, but if the said money is not paid from June 26, 2003 to 30 months, it shall be paid with the interest rate of 40% per annum from December 27, 2005.
