The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 6:45 March 17, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand on the ground that the victim D (ma, 23 years of age) who performed the same alcohol within the main point of “C” located in Jeju-si B, does not change as much as possible to himself/herself, and assaulted the victim when he/she pusheds the victim’s chest part of the victim’s face by drinking.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Declaration of non-declaration of punishment: the agreement dated April 13, 2020;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
