Examining the reasoning of the lower court and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s determination that all of the facts charged in the instant case was guilty is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of interference with business, intrusion on a structure, damage to property, and legitimate act under Article
