On March 31, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 00:28% during blood, the Defendant driven a vehicle of soflurt with C in the front of the Daejeon Pungdong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, about 800m from the end of the Pungdong, Seo-gu.
