A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant in collusion with USFF D, E:
1. around 15:07 on December 20, 2012, H pays USD 100 to H on the front of G base Track located in Pyeongtaek-F, purchasing 2g similar chain of JWH-018 JW-2201 (one spams; hereinafter “spams”), which is psychotropic substances, promptly put a small plastic bottle on the bar located in the same base, and then inhales it by means of smoking under the bottom after attaching USD 15:07;
2. On December 21, 2012, around 12:12, at the same place as Paragraph 1, the Plaintiff paid USD 100 to the said H and purchased the said USD 2g of “sphas” immediately thereafter, inhales them by smoking as provided for in Paragraph 1 in the body located in the said base;
3. On December 22, 2012, around 12:01, after paying USD 100 to the above H at the same place as Paragraph 1, and immediately purchasing two g of the above “sphas”, inhales them by smoking as provided for in Paragraph 1 in the body located within the above base;
4. On December 22, 2012, around 15:05, at the same place as Paragraph 1, the Plaintiff paid USD 160 to the said H and purchased the said USD 2.6g of “Sphas” in a manner of smoking as provided in Paragraph 1, immediately after purchasing the said USD 2.6g;
5. On December 23, 2012, at the same place as Paragraph 1, around 11:02, by paying USD 60 to the above H, and purchasing the above “spha” 0.6g, immediately inhales them by smoking as referred to in Paragraph 1 in the strings within the above base;
6. On December 23, 2012, around 19:19: (a) paid USD 60 to the above H at the same place as Paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) immediately inhales them in such a way as provided for in Paragraph (1), after purchasing the above 0.6g 0.6g "spha";
7. On December 23, 2012, at the same place as Paragraph 1, around 20:25, after paying USD 160 to the above H and purchasing the above 1.6g 's Sphas' at the same place as Paragraph 1, inhales them in such a way as to smoke as provided in Paragraph 1, immediately after purchasing 1.6g of the above 'Sphas';
8. Paragraph 1, around December 24, 2012, shall be the same as paragraph 1, around 15:14.
