A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The prosecution against the violation of the Road Traffic Act among the charges of this case is dismissed.
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) on January 12, 2017, the Defendant: (b) committed theft by driving a car with a FFD car equivalent to KRW 2 million in the market price owned by the victim E, which was parked at the same time without having taken a movement for the purpose of towing, around 05:00; and (c) by driving it.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a FFD car without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
In addition, from January 12, 2017 to May 29, 2017, the Defendant driving a FD car without obtaining a driver’s license over 24 times in total, as shown in the attached crime list, from around January 12, 2017 to May 29, 2017.
3. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;
(a) No person shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate;
Nevertheless, on January 15, 2017, the Defendant changed the letters written “F” to “H” in the front of the Defendant’s dwelling place located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, as described in paragraph 1, before being attached to the F FFD car, which stolen as described in paragraph 1, and then attaching an examination color tape on the letters on the registration number plate.
Accordingly, the Defendant altered the car registration number plate.
(b) No person shall arrange for the trade of, receive or use counterfeited or altered motor vehicle registration number plates;
Nevertheless, on February 26, 2017, the Defendant used a car registration number plate that was altered by driving a FD car with the status of attaching a car registration number plate changed to H, such as the above A, at the entrance of the Ri, which was made up as a white part of the Daejeon Pung-gu basin around 23:09, around February 26, 2017.
In addition, from February 26, 2017 to May 29, 2017, the Defendant used an automobile registration number plate altered over 23 times in total, as shown in [Attachment] Nos. 2 to 24 in the same manner, from around February 26, 2017 to May 29, 2017.
