1. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) ordered a victim E (n, 49 years of age) who is a business owner at the main point of “D” located underground in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government shop; and (b) demanded a victim to withdraw money by presenting a passbook that he/she had been requested to make a prepaid payment from the victim; (c) but was refused by the victim; (d) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “the victim x year x year x x x x stirth, strh that he/she would go back to the victim; and (e) obstructed the victim’s duty related to the victim’s main business by force.”

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. At around 19:30 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant, at the main points indicated in paragraph (1), as described in paragraph (1), threatened a police officer dispatched pursuant to the above victim’s report with a view to retaliationing that he was arrested as an act in the act of committing an act of committing an offense and being investigated, the Defendant: (a) stated, “The Defendant shall bring in the victim the reported fish, kneel kel kel kel kel kel kne, kne kne, and kne kne as an offense; (b) year x year x x kne, kne kne kne kne, kne, and so on; and (c) expressed the victim’s behavior to inflict injury on the victim.”
