A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle B with low-priced vehicle.
On February 18, 2019, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.139%, and led to the driving of the said car at a speed that would not be known from the eline to the eline of citizen tower distance.
In such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and there are many vehicles such as G IMT truck drivened by the victim FF (year 45) on the side of the road at night, and there are many vehicles such as GIMT truck drivened by the victim F.
그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 술에 취하여 전방좌우를 잘 살피지 아니하고 운전한 과실로 피고인이 운전하는 위 승용차의 앞 범퍼 부분으로 피해자가 운전하는 위 트럭의 조수석 부분을 들이받아 위 트럭이 뒤로 튕기면서 위 트럭의 운전석 방면에서 적재함을 수리 중이던 피해자를 들이받게 하였다.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the above vehicle by negligence in the course of business, and suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of treatment for about two weeks, to the above victim.

On the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant driven the said B-hand car from approximately 50 meters section from the road on which the detailed address in Seocheon-dong is unknown while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.139% to the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article from the road on which it is impossible to identify the detailed address in Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-
