A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a four-presidential national, has served as a Korean instructor at the Korean Korean Korean Language Institute located in the Korean Korean Language Institute.
1. Joint criminal conduct between the defendant and B;
A. In early 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought to be employed in Korea by a person who was a dead village B in the early 2016 police officer, the Defendant: (b) obtained a high advantage point by applying for a visa issuance certificate on behalf of a person who was able to obtain a visa issuance certificate; (c) obtained a visa issuance application and visa issuance application based on such false grade; and (d) conspired to obtain a visa status for non-professional employment (E-9) to enter Korea.
On April 28, 2016, the Defendant and B submitted to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea a photograph of the Defendant on the application form (type of support livestock industry) for the Korean Test on the NAT only (type of livestock industry) and submitted it to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. On June 19, 2016, the Defendant took part in the C University located in the four Karate only, as if the applicant were B, and applied for the Korean Test on behalf of the applicant.
B passed the Korean language test through the above agency application, and submitted the documents related to the application for job seeking and the visa issuance certificate to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea on November 21, 2017 through the DOFE (DOE). Based on this, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea arranged the D farm to be the domestic employer of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and as such, the D farm E applied for a visa issuance certificate to the Daejeon Immigration Office belonging to the Ministry of Justice around February 28, 2018 and received a visa issuance certificate from the Ministry of Justice around March 2, 2018.
B On March 26, 2018, around March 26, 2018, entered the visa issuance certificate number issued as above in the application for visa issuance, and then applied for visa issuance to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea with four arms only through the F Office. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27400, Mar. 28, 2018>
