1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-hurd vehicle.

B. Therefore, the defendant shall make a false statement to L who is assigned to the accident site B at around 20:00 on the same day as he/she caused a traffic accident while driving his/her car.
