1. Interference with business;

A. On August 31, 2012, at the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government convenience store on August 31, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the victim D’s above convenience store management duties by force of about 20 minutes, such as: (a) entering a drunken state; (b) requesting the victim Earba D (n., the victim 19 years of age) to provide alcohol; (c) refusing the victim; (d) leading the victim to a knife; (e) leading the victim to a knife; (e) leading the victim to a knife; and (e) failing to comply with the demand of the victim knife.

B. At around 10:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E pharmacy” operated by the victim G (the age of 43) located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and (b) went to and released from the EM prison, and (c) went to and out of the EM, saying, “I would be able to go to and leave from the EM.” (the age of 43) and (d) was seated with one disease in the pharmacy, and (e) continued to take the victim’s bath, and (e) took the victim’s bath, and (e) took the victim’s bath, and (f) interfered with the victim’s pharmacy’s operation by force of approximately 30 minutes, such as “I am to death of the dog” and verbal abuse.

C. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant interfered with H’s business: (a) around 10:30 on August 31, 2012, the victim J (39 years of age) on the first floor of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Award was the head of the team, and obstructed the victim J’s above management work for about 30 minutes, such as the victim J, who spits down on the floor, and did not comply with the demand of the victim, by taking out the 1st century displayed in the store with the mind, and smoking, and the victim satisfe the tobacco, and the victim satisfe the tobacco.

2. The Defendant’s insult at around 10:50 on August 31, 2012, the Hah “H” level.

The victim L (50 years of age) who was a police officer belonging to the K District Police Agency of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station, called the Defendant at the above place of business, while putting the pedal failure as described in the Paragraph 112, demanded the Defendant to leave the said place of business. The victim M, the head of the said H Team, and the employee M.
