Punishment of the crime
On June 7, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.110% among blood transfusions, driven a BS-type car at approximately 5km away from the high-tech hospital located in the high-tech center of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to the end of the common wing-gu culture path.
