On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven B motor vehicles at a section of about 2 km for about 11 minutes in the 3rd roads in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.154% among blood transfusion around 01:40 on April 27, 2016.
