Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a B-Adidi vehicle.
No person shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.
Nevertheless, around 04:52 on February 19, 2019, the Defendant attached a paper attached to “D” among “B” of the registration license plate “B” to avoid the crackdown on the unmanned control machine in front of the Busan Jin-gu C apartment.
Accordingly, the defendant was unable to identify by leaving an automobile registration number plate.
