A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the electronic commerce and related distribution business, etc., and the Defendant is a person who engages in sales business, such as bags and shoes, in the trade name of “B.”

나. 피고와 신원네트웍스 주식회사 사이의 상품공급계약 체결 피고와 신원네트웍스 주식회사(이하 ‘신원네트웍스’라 한다)는 2015. 6. 25. 피고가 신원네트웍스로부터 C 상표가 부착된 신발, 가방, 지갑, 벨트 등 합계 34,570점의 상품(이하 ‘이 사건 상품’이라 한다)을 대금 172,850,000원에 공급받는 내용의 상품공급계약을 체결하였다.

1. 피고는 신원네트웍스로부터 C 이월재고 상품 전량을 매입한다.

제7조 판매지역 및 판매권한 피고는 본 계약에 따라 신원네트웍스에게 공급받은 상품을 국내 및 해외에서 판매할 권한을 가진다.

The instant contract and the instant advance payment 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant on August 31, 2015, with respect to the instant goods, as indicated below (hereinafter “instant contract”).

AB concluded the agreement.

The term of the contract under Article 2 of the General Provisions of Chapter I of the Product Prepaid Contract shall be from the date of the contract to the date of the exhaustion of the prepaid payment under this contract or from the time of the completion of the settlement of all the relevant endur.

Provided, That this shall not apply on 2015.
