1. The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 13, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the Plaintiff received a subcontract from the Defendant for the construction of the New Fice Construction in the Sast Game in the Sast World and received total of KRW 62.5 million from February 20, 2013 to March 31, 2013; and (b) the unpaid construction cost of KRW 45 million, which was not paid even after completion of the construction from February 20, 2013 to March 31, 2013; and
