1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserted that the construction materials were supplied from August 2016 to June 2017 at the construction site of Gyeonggi-gun D, etc. performed by the Defendant, and that the price of the materials that was not paid was KRW 95,438,400, and sought payment of the said money against the Defendant.
Since the defendant asserts that there is no contract between the plaintiff and the defendant for the supply of building materials, it is not enough to recognize that each statement of evidence A Nos. 1 through 7 has been entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed for reasons.
