1. Defendant A, as a co-owner of the I game room in Daejeon-gu H, jointly invested with J in the operating funds of the said game room, and the J provided a registered name of the said game room, and the Defendant, while actually managing and operating the said game room, decided to settle accounts of operating income generated in the said game room and distribute it.

From the 18:00 on August 18, 198, in operating the above game room, 50 customers were placed in the game room in which the said game room was classified by the Game Rating Board to put cash into the game machine and let many unspecified customers play the game, and where customers obtain points, they were left unattended to enable customers to play gambling and perform other speculative acts by issuing in bearer name a receipt of points keeping the points acquired in 10,000 won unit and allowing customers to easily receive them from the money exchanger or play the game again to the point indicated in the said certificate of custody.

2. The defendant B shall not exchange tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products by anyone;

Nevertheless, from April 12, 2012 to 18:00 of the same month from April 18, 2012, the Defendant converted the points issued by customers into 10,000 won per 10,000 points, and deducted 10% as a commission and exchanged the remaining points in cash.

Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E from around 09:0 on March 8, 2012; Defendant C from around 14:00 on April 4, 2012; Defendant E from around 13:00 on April 17, 2012 to around 18:00 on April 18, 2012; and Defendant E from around 13:00 on April 17, 2012 to around 18:00 on April 18, 2012 to enable customers by issuing a certificate of custody as above.
