However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The phrase of the facts charged was partly revised to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendants' exercise of their rights to defense.

1. The Defendants’ co-principaled Defendant A operated a game room with the trade name “D” from May 11, 2018 to May 11, 2019. Defendant B is a business owner in the name of the said game room, who is in charge of the management of the said game room.
