1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,440,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 23, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on August 23, 2012, lent KRW 28,800,000 to the Defendant. As such, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 23,440,000 of the outstanding balance of the loan and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
