However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence against Defendant Y.

From May 2012, the Defendants had no ability to repay money even if they borrowed money from the victims due to the lack of funds due to the lack of the monthly interest and operating expenses of the bank while operating the “MJ SG head, MH head, and MI” in the building in the Nam-si, Nam-si, Nam-si.

1. Around January 28, 2013, the Defendants conspired with the victim MC, and acquired KRW 47 million in total as loans on two occasions, including the following two occasions: (a) the victim MC received KRW 30 million from the victim, on the ground that the Defendants: (b) the victim MC borrowed KRW 30 million to the lessee of the Sule House; (c) the Plaintiff would have to pay 30 million interest if he/she borrowed 30 million to the lessee of the Sule House; and (d) he/she would receive and pay 30 million interest if he/she borrowed 30 million won from the lessee of the Pule House; and (e) the Defendants received KRW 47 million in total from the victim on the same day.

2. On March 7, 2014, the Defendants conspired with the victim MD, and acquired KRW 3,003,620,00 in total for four occasions as loans, including the acquisition of KRW 800,000 won from the victim on the same day, by falsely concluding that the victim MD “ does not have any oil value to enter MN Co., Ltd. in MM... If the oil value is leased, the Defendants received KRW 3-4,000 from the victim on the same day, and acquired KRW 3,03,620 as loans.”

3. On October 23, 2013, the Defendants in collusion with the victim ME, stating that “If the Defendants would lend money to the victim to install the boiler electricity, they would be paid to the victim with the money that would be punished for doing so,” and that the Defendants received 6 million won from the victim and acquired the money from the victim on the same day, and that it is three times as set forth in [Attachment] Nos. 1, 3, and 4 of the List of Crimes.
