Text
1. The defendant shall pay 48,320,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have reduced part of the claim regarding delay damages in the purport of the claim as indicated in the disposition).
