Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a doctor who is engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of infants, health examinations, and vaccinations in the department of the family department of G Hospital located in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu F, and Defendant B and C are joint founders of G Hospital.
No person, other than a medical person, shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than those licensed, and an assistant nurse shall perform only the services of nursing, assisting in medical treatment.
1. On October 17, 2012, at the second floor of G Hospital, the Defendant: (a) had the assistant nurse, undergo a doctor’s diagnosis in case of abnormal conditions after preparing a medical examination table of the recipient seeds on a large number of days; and (b) had H conduct an unlicensed medical treatment exceeding the scope of the medical care support by administering the toxic vaccination injection without any doctor’s diagnosis and prescription, on October 17, 2012.
2. Defendant B and C, an employee of the Defendants in violation of the Medical Service Act, committed the Defendants’ duties at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
