On October 7, 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) up to 02:30 on October 7, 2017, the commercial building with the victim D’s residence located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and opened a second floor visit through the entrance of the said building; (b) subsequently, the Defendant intruded the said third floor by opening a third floor visit and entering the said building.

1. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties on October 27, 2017, at the point of “F” located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu E, “F”, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol.

“The” means that the superintendent of the police station G District of the Incheon Southern Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of 112, solicits the Defendant to return home, walked the front side of the above H to one time, and continuously arrested a flagrant offender for the above crime, and boarded the front side of the I’s left side side of the police officer belonging to the same district, on two occasions, while walking the front side of the I’s back side side of the patrol vehicle, and received the said I’s head one time while moving along the patrol lane.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2017. 10. 27. 21:45 경 인천 남동구 J에 있는 인천 남동경찰서 G 지구대에서, 현행 범인으로 체포되어 인치되어 있던 중 여러 명의 민원인들이 지켜보는 가운데 위 지구대 소속 순경 피해자 K에게 “ 씨 발 놈. 좃 까. 씹새끼들 아. 니 네 맘대로 해.” 라는 등 큰소리로 수회 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
