When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a user who operates electronic parts manufacturing business using ten full-time workers under the trade name called Suwon-si B from Suwon-si.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had worked from August 1, 2013 to September 15, 2014 at the said workplace and retired from the said workplace, and had not paid KRW 200,000 in May 2014, 200 in June 2014, and KRW 2,200,000 in July 2, 200 in the same year, and KRW 2,200,000 in August 2, 200 in the same year, and KRW 9,000 in September 2, 200 in the same year without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred.
