The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 13, 2019, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, on the street, in front of C in Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Goyang-si, without permission, on the part of C, who sold things, such as shots, to the truck without permission. While the victim was waiting for one of the goods sold, but was rejected by the victim, he would have called the victim as a conspiracy. However, he would have sold the goods to the victim on the left hand, and would have sold the part of the victim once again by taking the part of the victim.
2. Provisions of applicable provisions to the facts charged in judgment: Judgment dismissing the victim's expression of non-existence of punishment on January 8, 2020 after prosecution under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
