1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, the Defendant shall start on April 4, 2007, and the remainder 20,000.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on April 3, 2007, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on June 3, 2007, with the agreed interest rate of KRW 5% per annum. The Plaintiff, on April 11, 2007, lent the amount of KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on July 13, 2007 and the agreed interest rate of KRW 5% per annum.
Since the defendant did not pay all the principal and interest of the above loan up to now, it has sought a judgment like the purport of the claim.
