Reasons
On November 7, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim B (53) who is a substitute engineer at the Hanju Police Station parking lot located in Yongsan-ro 1, Young-si, Won-si, Seoul, and on November 7, 2017, the Defendant used the victim B (53 years) to walk on one occasion due to the weather.
