1. (1) On March 2, 200, the Plaintiff entered the Army and served as a major of 57 to 220 to 3 to 10 to 220 to 10 to Y, a company member of the homeland reserve forces located under the Water Defense Headquarters. On May 19, 200, the Plaintiff carried equipment (such as the military captain, electricity without any charge, and various school material) following the participation in the exercise on the military truck in accordance with the mobilization training of the reserve forces. On May 19, 200, the Plaintiff discharged the Plaintiff from active service under the diagnosis of “the right kne when he turns out on one side of the army, the full kne in front, the inside and outside of the country, and the first half of the army,” and then discharged the Defendant from active service under the diagnosis of “the first half to kne in front, the front kne, the front kne, and the first half of the army.” < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 16748, Jul. 11, 2000>
B. On February 1, 2001, the Plaintiff received Dolnam Hospital (former Seoul Medical Center), and applied for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State, and the Defendant made a notification to the Plaintiff on January 10, 2003, which constituted the requirements for a person of distinguished service to the State. However, on February 25, 2003, the Plaintiff rendered a decision outside the rating on February 25, 2003.
On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application for a re-verification physical examination with the Defendant. On January 12, 2015, the Defendant issued the instant disposition to the Plaintiff on the grounds that the Plaintiff “Sscopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopics” under Article 2(1)2 of the Act on the Support for Persons Eligible for Veteran’s Compensation,
