1. The Defendants indicated in the attached Form No. 21, 3, 24, 23, 22, 20, and 21 among the 28,680 square meters of Jin-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

Reasons

1. Grounds for claim;

A. A. On October 14, 1942, the Plaintiff’s license for the Plaintiff’s primary claim purchased the real property indicated in paragraph (1) of the above real property from the network N (O) that represented the actual owner’s clan of 28,680 square meters and K forest land of 28,680 square meters and 8,443 square meters in Jan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and Gyeong-gun, but the registration was completed by the network L, Defendant B, and P, and the mutual title trust relationship was established with Defendant B and P.

Therefore, the Plaintiff transferred the ownership of the real estate as stated in the Disposition No. 1 from the deceased L and completed the registration of transfer of the ownership of the above 1/3 shall terminate the title trust with the service of the application for modification of claim to the remaining Defendants, the heir of the Defendant B and P, and seek the registration of transfer of ownership of the real estate as

B. The Plaintiff’s ancillary claim L, as indicated in the above paragraph (1), purchased real estate as indicated in the above paragraph (1) from the time to time, and occupied the said real estate in peace and performance, and transferred it to the Plaintiff on January 9, 1980. The Plaintiff also continued to occupy the real estate in peace and public performance with its own intent from the time of acquisition. The Plaintiff acquired by prescription on June 30, 2015, after the lapse of 20 years from Jan. 9, 1980, when 20 years from Jan. 9, 200, at the time of acquisition, or on June 30, 2015, when the registration of ownership was completed.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks implementation of the registration procedure for transfer of ownership of each share based on the completion of acquisition by prescription against Defendant B and P, who is a right holder of the above real estate under the registry.

2. The plaintiff's assertion as to the claim against the defendant B is deemed to have led to the confession of the defendant B under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act. The plaintiff's primary claim is accepted.
