C. A. Each fine of KRW 1.5 million, Defendant D is punished by a fine of KRW 700,000, and Defendant B is punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

Defendant

C is a taxi driver belonging to G in Yeongjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City F, and Defendant A is the head of the H Workers' Union branch, Defendant D is a taxi driver belonging to J in Jeonjin-gu I in Jeonjin-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a taxi driver belonging to the above G.

1. The Defendants’ respective crime of interference with business was the representative member of the limited partnership company M in Young-gu L in Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul. On April 2012, the Defendants received a provisional disposition order to the effect that, on July 10, 2012, he/she filed an application for provisional disposition of interference with business with business with the former District Court against C, A, D, etc., and that, on July 10, 2012, he/she did not “o parking lot and inside the company” and “an act of interfering with business by cooking and drinking inside the company’s parking lot and inside the company”, and on July 25, 2012, the execution officer of the former District Court announced the contents

On August 13, 2012, the Defendants occupied part of the parking lot without permission in order to recognize multiple labor unions against M companies management, including victims, and to accomplish the requirements to create a labor union office in the parking lot M of the above limited partnership company.

In addition, in combination with other M’s labor union members, singing in large amount by using micro-ampampers installed with high-performance ampampers, and singing in large interest “I amth, amth, sing, and sing the president at the beginning of each month appointed to M.”

Defendants on the 20th of the same month and Defendant D, C and B on the same year.

9.3. In addition, the said M’s parking lot was occupied by the said method, and the said M’s singing was expressed in a large number.

The Defendants conspired and interfered with the victim MM’s taxi operation by force as above.

2. On August 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 12:30-14:30 on August 20, 2012, Defendant C used a micro-amp with approximately 35 members, approximately 10 members, etc. in the MM parking lot located in Seo-jin-gu L, Seojin-gu, Seoul; and (b) Defendant C used a micro-amp with approximately 10 members of the MM.
