1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and 25% per annum from April 22, 2008 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Claim against Defendant 1, 2, and 4: Each claim against Defendant 3 under Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (i.e., the judgment to be deemed as having been made): Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
