1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a company running a technical service business, such as non-destructive testing. 2) The Defendant is a public corporation established pursuant to the Korea Gas Corporation Act for the purpose of contributing to the enhancement of convenience in people’s lives and the enhancement of public welfare by laying the foundation for the long-term stable supply of gas.
B. Non-destructive testing service outline 1) Non-destructive testing is to inspect the inner structure, defects, state of defects, etc. without destroying objects of testing using physical principles, such as radiation and ultra-frequencys, etc., and to inspect LNG tanks (hereinafter referred to as “LNG tanks”).
A) Inspection is essential accompanying the construction process. The Defendant’s tender for services related to non-destructive testing conducted during the construction process of LNG tank from 2003 to 2011 (hereinafter referred to as “the first tender”) is specified as “the first tender” or “the 11st tender” according to the sequences set forth below, and collectively “the instant tender.”
