1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A: 5% per annum from April 9, 2015 to March 10, 2016; and 5% per annum from March 10, 2016. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27080, Mar. 1, 2016>

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B borrowed a rocketing car (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant vehicle”) from Garenk Company, and Defendant A driven the Defendant vehicle on June 21, 2013, at around 01:01, the 140.8 km away from the coast guard line of the west Highway at the Hamsan-si, Gunsan-si.

There are two lanes, and the defendant's vehicle is moving into two lanes depending on one lane, and the balance is lost, the central separation zone is shocked, and the central separation zone has stopped in one lane.

E. The Plaintiff, as the insurer of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, was the instant 1 and 2 until April 8, 2015.
