1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 38,705,136 and KRW 38,704,570 among the Plaintiff, from April 28, 2014 to October 27, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Decision by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Partial dismissal: The amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was made, and the statutory interest rate was changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, such excess portion shall be dismissed.
