On August 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities for the diversion of the use of mountainous districts, sold the mountainous districts of 161 square meters in order to construct housing in the Southern Ma, Ma, and D, and sold the land in parallel with the ground.

As a result, the defendant was converted to mountainous districts without obtaining permission from the competent authorities for conversion of mountainous districts.
