As of December 28, 2012, the Defendant retired from service for a period of at least eight days, including public interest service personnel who were assigned to the Suwon Station and served in the Suwon Station, January 14, 2013 through January 17, 2013 (4), January 18, 2013, the 21 through 22 (2) of the same month, and March 7 of the same year.
