1. The Defendant’s each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 70,000,000 and each of them shall be 5% per annum from July 1, 2011 to July 21, 2016, respectively.
Reasons
1. Except for the correction of "creditor" as "Plaintiff" and "debtor" as "Defendant," the indication of the cause of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet.
2. Judgment deeming confessions: The defendant, under Articles 208(3)2 and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, submitted only the formal objection against the payment order with the original of the payment order in this case, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to confessions under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act
